Office of People Relations (OPR) serves as a trusted resource to all NMSU employees, as well as a strategic partner to supervisors, managers, and department heads. Our commitment to an environment of fair treatment and respect in which all employees can be productive and successful is at the forefront of everything we do.

As a specialized unit of Human Resource Services (HRS), OPR also works to ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations governing the workplace.
